After a very long day at work, 8 am to 5.15, and a long bus trip home, it’s very nice to come home to a yummy dinner courtesy of Slabs.
On the menu tonight: salmon basted with teriyaki sauce, and vegetables stir fried in oil, teriyaki sauce and oyster sauce.
